Changing your voice in ways to make it louder and clearer is inflection, if people can hear you well then they will probably listen more than if your voice was low. When you ask questions and you want people to listen, you use intonation. Raising your voice at the end of a question is what makes people listen. In this project, I was the director, I made the whole script and it was pretty hard because being the script writer, you get almost no help from team mates, excuses to not write because I am the script writer. Whatever, it's okay. Rehearsal is a very important part or recording your voice. If you do not do it then you won't be prepared, you need to know what you're going to read because you might not know what's coming and you won't be prepared. You need to read the whole thing and do a warmup.
